Fee Schedule

Ms. Krakow charges a daily flat rate, which varies depending on the number of parties. The flat rate includes a full separate day set aside for preparation as well as unlimited hours at the mediation itself. Any meaningful post-mediation follow-up is billed hourly.

Full payment of the mediation fee must be received in advance of the mediation date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The mediation fee will be fully refunded if the engagement is canceled at least four weeks before the scheduled mediation date.

The mediation fee is subject to forfeiture if the engagement is canceled or postponed less than four weeks before the mediation date, unless another matter can be scheduled to fill the reserved date.
